How do I choose my size?
Use the body-size guide and the garment measurements on each product page. Garments are designed for a close fit. If you need help choosing, contact [email protected].
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all 50 US states and Washington, DC. US territories and APO/FPO addresses are not included.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all eligible orders. No tax is added at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Handling is 1–2 business days, followed by 3–4 business days in transit after dispatch. The combined estimate is 4–6 business days from the handling start day, not a guaranteed delivery date.
When does processing begin?
The cutoff is 7 PM at fixed UTC−06:00. Orders before cutoff on a business day start that day; orders after cutoff, on weekends or US federal holidays start the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request authorization within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition and packaging. You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we pay for our errors, damage or defects. No restocking fee applies.
When will I receive a refund?
Approved refunds return to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact [email protected] with your order number and details. We cover return shipping for damage, defects or an incorrect item and arrange a refund or an agreed replacement.
How should I care for my top?
Follow the individual care instructions on the product page. Cotton and viscose blends have different washing and drying recommendations.
