Return & Refund Policy
30-Day Return Window
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original condition and original packaging.
Request Authorization

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Where we sent an incorrect item or an item is damaged or defective, we cover the return shipping cost and arrange a refund or an agreed replacement. The ordinary unused-condition requirements do not prevent you from reporting these issues.
Return Shipping & Fees
For change-of-mind returns, including choosing the wrong size, the customer pays return shipping. For our error, damage or a defect, we pay return shipping. No restocking fee applies.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, the amount will be returned automatically to your original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with a refund. This policy does not limit rights that apply under applicable law.
